SOGOC is rolling out its nationwide "I AM SAFE" campaign this year, dedicated to raising Cameroonian youth awareness on sexual and reproductive health issues. The campaign targets young people aged 15 to 25 in schools, universities and community associations.
Key priorities include prevention of early and unintended pregnancies, access to reliable contraception information, prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STIs, HIV) and the fight against sexual violence.
The campaign combines awareness sessions in schools, short videos on social networks, partnerships with community radios, and training of peer educators within universities.
