29th SOGOC Congress 2018

The 29th SOGOC Congress was held from May 24 to 26, 2018 at the headquarters of the Cameroon National Medical Council (ONMC) in Yaoundé, on the theme "Hemorrhages in Obstetrics and Gynecology".

This edition reviewed the management of obstetric hemorrhages — the leading cause of maternal mortality in Cameroon — and reinforced the clinical protocols of the country's maternity wards.

The congress brought together national and regional practitioners around scientific communications, experience feedback and emergency management workshops.
